DEFECTIVE/ INCORRECT ITEM(S) 

If defective or incorrect item(s) is being sent to you, we apologize in advance to allow such slip through our quality checks.
In the case of such unfortunate situation, kindly contact us at support@krazytrend.com within 7 working days upon receiving the item(s).

1. There may be a 2-3 cm difference in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as defective. 

2. All items to be returned must be in their original condition; unwashed and unworn with the tag intact. Items which do not fulfill the criteria will be rejected duly.

3. Due to variation in specifications and resolutions across different screens, colors (especially for brighter hues) shown on screen may have slight differences and are not considered defective. As such, requests for exchange/ return due to such reason will be rejected.  

EXCHANGE/ RETURN

If you are unsatisfied with our product(s) purchased on our website, kindly message us on our Facebook page @Krazytrendofficial or email us at support@krazytrend.com.


An exchange or return will only be eligible based on the following conditions: 

  • Merchandise to be returned within 31 days, from the date of purchase. 
  • Merchandise must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact.
  • All returns must be enclosed with return note (note stating the order number, reason for return and your expected solution). 
  • All shipping fees for returns will be borne by the customer. Delivery services with tracking system will be highly recommended. Krazy Trend will not be liable for any unfortunate case of lost mail. 
  • All returns will be refunded at the end of this process once we're done with everything.
  • In the unlikely case whereby an item returned to us does not meet the requirements for returns set out above, we reserve the right to reject the return. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances. 

 

PROCESS:

  • Email us at support@krazytrend.com.
  • Be sure to include clear pictures of the defective or damaged area, attach the note without miss.
  • Once we receive your request, you can expect a response from us within 72 hours.
  • As soon as you hear back from us, securely pack your product(s), include your note and original invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and mail to the following address:

  • All returns must be received by Krazy Trend within 10 days of the date that you receive confirmation from us that your item qualifies for a return.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend tracking and insuring all return packages. We cannot be held responsible for returned packages that were lost or damaged during transit.
  • Please allow our team 14 days to process your return after your item is received at our warehouse. Once your return is processed on our end, banks and credit card companies can take anywhere from 24 hours to 10 days to post a refund on your account.

 

NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

Due to hygiene purposes, hosiery and swim accessories will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please note that discounted items or purchases made with promotional codes are not applicable for exchange and returns.

 

KRAZY TREND reserves the right to amend our return policy from time to time. By purchasing from our website, you are deemed to have agreed to the above terms and conditions listed.
